Welcome to TaleWorld Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store to offer you a curated, handcrafted shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Access & Account

  • You confirm you are of the age of majority in your place of residence.

  • You may be asked for certain details (email, billing/shipping info, payment details). You warrant they are accurate and that you have rights to provide them.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Our Products (handmade nature)

  • We create small-batch and made-to-order items by hand. Minor variations in color, texture, or details are normal and are not defects.

  • On-screen colors can differ due to device settings.

  • Descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.

3. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is processed and we send an order confirmation.

  • We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock, pricing error, suspected fraud). If so, we’ll notify you using the contact details provided.

  • Cancellations after acceptance may not be possible due to the handmade/made-to-order process.

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Purchases are for personal/household use only and not for resale or export without our written permission.

4. Prices, Taxes & Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice; the price at checkout applies. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, customs, and shipping.

  • You agree to provide current, complete billing details and to promptly update them.

  • You warrant you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur (carriers, customs, weather, force majeure).

  • Title and risk transfer to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. We assist with tracking and carrier inquiries.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials on the Services (text, images, designs, logos, layouts) are owned by TaleWorld Studio or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright and other laws.

  • You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, modification, public display, or derivative use requires our prior written consent. All rights reserved.

7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. They are provided “as is” and at your own risk. Review their terms and policies; we are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

8. Relationship with Shopify (must remain)

TaleWorld Studio is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from TaleWorld Studio. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and use of the Services.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy; some data processing is performed by Shopify under its privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge these policies.

10. Feedback & Reviews

  • If you share ideas, reviews, photos, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display the Feedback for store operations and promotion of our products (e.g., on the website, social media, or marketing), provided we do not misrepresent authorship.

  • You confirm you own the Feedback or have rights to share it, and that it does not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful content. We may moderate or remove Feedback at our discretion.

11. Errors & Corrections

  • Occasionally there may be typographical, pricing, or stock inaccuracies. We may correct them, and change or cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies, with notice where required.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes; to infringe IP rights; to harass, defame, or abuse; to transmit malware or spam; to scrape or collect others’ data; to bypass security; or to otherwise disrupt the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the date of termination. Provisions that by nature should survive termination do so (e.g., IP, limitations of liability).

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement), and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleWorld Studio and our affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaleWorld Studio and our partners, employees, and service providers from claims and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

17. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted; the remainder stays in effect.

18. No Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies referenced here (including Privacy and Return & Refund), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

19. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
