Thank you for supporting TaleWorld — a small family studio in Ukraine where every piece is handmade with care and intention.
Each item is created individually and may carry the warmth of the maker’s touch — tiny variations that make it one of a kind.
✉️ Returns
Because each product is handmade and often made to order, returns are generally not accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [taleworldstudio@gmail.com] with clear photos of the issue.
We will do our best to offer a fair solution — a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Returned items must:

Be unused and in their original packaging.

Be shipped back within 14 days after the return has been approved.

Include tracking information for safety.
Please note that shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Because of their handmade nature and intimate character, the following items cannot be returned:

Discounted or sale items
💌 Lost or delayed mail
Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.
We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect addresses or delays caused by customs, weather, or postal disruptions.
However, we always help track your parcel and offer support in communication with the carrier.
🌸 Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please remember that international transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
