Thank you for supporting TaleWorld Studio — a small family workshop based in Ukraine. Each order is prepared with great care and shipped safely from our studio to your hands.
✉️ Processing Time
All handmade items are crafted and packed with attention to detail.

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces (custom dolls, DIY kits, or other personalized items) may require 7–14 business days before shipping.
- Wooden toys may require 2-3 weeks.
We will always notify you if your order requires extra time.
📦 Shipping Method & Tracking
All parcels are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta International, DPD and others. Each order receives a tracking number once dispatched.
International orders may also pass through USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, or other local postal services depending on your country.
The shipping route from Ukraine to your country includes several postal stages, and each stage may have its own tracking number.
We usually provide the final tracking number, which shows the moment your parcel is delivered to you.
If tracking information hasn’t updated for some time, please don’t worry — it simply means the parcel is still on its way and hasn’t yet reached your country’s postal system.
This is completely normal for international mail from Ukraine.
By default, all orders are shipped via standard delivery.
However, you may choose express shipping if it’s available for your country.
Express delivery is usually handled by UPS, and parcels arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
We always stay in touch and will gladly check where your parcel is at the moment if you message us.

Delivery times are estimated only and can be affected by customs delays, weather, or international transit disruptions.
🎁 Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.
TaleWorld Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
🕊️ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at taleworldstudio@gmail.com — we will assist you in tracking it and filing a postal inquiry if needed.
Refunds are not possible for delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

We use eco-conscious packaging — kraft boxes, linen bags, and paper fillers whenever possible.
Each parcel is prepared with soul and care, to bring you not only a product, but also a quiet moment of joy when opening it.
